✂️ Made-to-Order Items: My items are made to order, making each piece unique. I invest a lot of effort into every order, so I appreciate that you consider your purchase carefully, choose the right size, and are 100% certain before buying.

🚫 Condition for Returns: Due to costs incurred during production – material and working hours – I am unable to offer returns or refunds for made-to-order items unless they are faulty. Contact me directly if you find that there is an issue with your purchased item. I only accept returns for clothing that has not been worn.

📐 Sizing Assistance: If you have any issues with measurements, feel free to send me a message. I am happy to help you find the right size.

📮 Shipping Responsibility: I am not responsible for lost return orders via post. Please ensure that return packages are sent to my atelier address, not to a post box or a post office.
